Tina Whiteson

I paint mainly to commission specialising in capturing special memories
and moments. Subjects include landscapes, buildings, beloved pets,
scenes and family trees. I work in oils and watercolour but have also
created many outdoor murals.

I undertook a foundation course at Hertfordshire College of Art and
Design followed by Chelsea School of  Art where I specialised in 3D
design.
My main career was in interior and exhibition design but since having 
my children I worked in a school as a special needs assistant. This led
me to run my own classes teaching art to children.
I currently work for a charity which entertains very sick children in hospital where I paint and draw with patients.
Although I have made art all my life, I found that I have had more time
in the last 8 years to concentrate on my love for painting.
